This is a Live-Out Permanent Position. The salary range is from EUR50,000 per annum to EUR55,000 per annum depending on the candidate's experience and background.

Job description

GENERAL DUTIES
  • Oversee daily operations across all care and independent living services.
  • Supervise department heads and ensure seamless coordination across service areas.
  • Monitor care quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Review and approve policies, procedures, and operational protocols.
  • Represent the company in meetings with residents, families, partners, and regulatory authorities.
EXPERIENCE
  • Strategic leadership: Develop and implement operational plans to enhance service delivery and optimize resources.
  • Staff management: Lead, mentor, and motivate employees to ensure high performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Quality assurance: Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction through consistent service excellence.
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to all healthcare, safety, and legal standards relevant to care services.
  • Financial management: Monitor financial performance, prepare forecasts, and deliver operational targets.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, suppliers, and external agencies.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and process enhancements in care and hospitality services.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare management, elderly care, or hospitality operations (multi-site experience preferred).
  • Candidates from the hotel management sector are welcome, provided they can demonstrate strong operational and customer service skills transferable to the care industry.
  • Knowledge of care service operations and management, including relevant regulations (preferred but not essential for hospitality leaders).
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational optimization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
