Job description

GENERAL DUTIES
  • Support the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure alignment with the Principal’s standards and expectations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of high-quality service concepts tailored to the preferences of the Principal and VIP guests.
  • Coordinate closely with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Help recruit, train, and supervise service staff, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to service protocols.
  • Maintain a hands-on leadership presence, setting a professional example for all team members.
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
  • Background in luxury hospitality settings such as fine dining establishments, Michelin-starred restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private estates.
  • Demonstrated ability to support high-level service and manage guest expectations in discreet, high-standard environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-year Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management with a focus on F&B Service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate or Food Handling Course completion is an advantage.
  • Formal Silver Service training.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
