GENERAL DUTIES
- Serve beverages, including mocktails, detox juices, teas, coffee, and freshly squeezed juices, following company standards and guest preferences.
- Perform live mocktail preparation for guests.
- Mix and match available ingredients to create innovative beverages that meet guests' expectations.
- Take orders for beverages and ensure guests' requests are met promptly.
- Assess guests' preferences and make personalized recommendations to satisfy their needs.
- Ensure the bar area remains clean and well-stocked, managing requisitions and maintaining the required service standards.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven 5+ years of work experience in a similar role as Mixologist, Barmaid, etc.
- Experience in luxury environments, including 5-star hotels, resorts, bars, cruises, or yachts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification in Mixology and Bartending.
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certification.
- English Language Proficiency.
