Job description

GENERAL DUTIES
  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with service staff to maintain timing, presentation, and service standards.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, task delegation, and training of junior team members.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and setup of dining areas according to SOPs.
  • Report guest feedback, operational issues, and team performance to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Background in luxury hospitality settings such as fine dining establishments, Michelin-starred restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private estates.
  • Demonstrated ability to support high-level service and manage guest expectations in discreet, high-standard environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-year Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate or Food Handling Course completion is an advantage.
  • Formal Silver Service training.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
