GENERAL DUTIES
- Assist the QHSE Manager in maintaining and enforcing the estate’s QHSE policies and procedures.
- Monitor daily safety practices, conduct routine inspections, and ensure compliance with Fire Life Safety (FLS) standards.
- Support the planning and delivery of staff training sessions, safety briefings, and fire drills.
- Conduct risk assessments and report hazards, recommending corrective actions to the QHSE Manager.
- Assist with quality audits, snag lists, and contractor compliance reviews.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, and reports for internal and external use.
- Liaise with staff, contractors, and service providers to promote adherence to QHSE requirements.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1–2 years in a QHSE or HSE role, preferably within hospitality, luxury estates, or facilities management.
- Experience with safety inspections, reporting, and assisting in audits.
- Familiarity with Fire Life Safety (FLS) and occupational health procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).
- Additional safety or ISO-related certifications an advantage.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
