GENERAL DUTIES
- Oversee the operation of dry cleaning equipment and commercial laundry machines.
- Ensure procedures are in place for high standards of Ironing, stain removal and inspecting all laundry and linens.
- Providing and ensuring high standards of laundry services.
- Ensure professional procedures are in place for folding and sorting a variety of linens and textile.
- Ensuring the Laundry area is kept well maintained, clean and well organized.
- Manage team members including Laundry Attendants and Supervisors.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven 5+ years of work experience in this or related role.
- Experience from established laundries, luxury, exclusive and unique environments preferably from 5* hotels, resorts, cruises, or yachts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably completed courses for laundry washing machines, equipment and chemicals.
- Demonstrated know-how in operating industrial laundry equipment and handling delicate textile items.
- English Language Proficiency.
