Job description

GENERAL DUTIES
  • Develop the Food and Beverage department to ensure it is aligned to the Principals' standards and expectations.
  • Create innovative concepts and experiences to meet the demands of the Principal and esteemed guests.
    Communicating and cooperating with all departments to coordinate service.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising a team of skilled professionals, sommeliers, servers, and mixologists, to deliver exceptional service and experiences.
EXPERIENCE
  • Proven 10+ years of work experience in Food and Beverage with a minimum of 3 years in the same or similar role.
  • Experience from luxury, exclusive and unique environments preferably from fine dining and Michelin restaurants, 5* hotels and resorts.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 year Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management specialized in F&B Service preferred, but not essential.
  • Preferable Food Hygiene Certificate or Food Handling Course.
  • Silver Service training.
  • English Language Proficiency.
