GENERAL DUTIES
- Supervise the Spa team, and ensure the highest standards of client care and service.
- Manage therapist schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor treatment quality and consistency, providing feedback and coaching to therapists.
- Deliver a variety of Spa services: body and beauty treatments, different types of massages, body scrubs and wraps, holistic and wellness therapies.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any medical conditions.
- Provide suitable types of massages based on the guests needs.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven 5+ years of work experience as a Therapist.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.
- Experience in high end spa, yachting industry, cruise liners and 5* luxury hotels.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified massage therapist or esthetician with relevant licenses and certifications.
- Additional certifications in specialized treatments (e.g., aromatherapy, reflexology) are a plus.
- English Language Proficiency.
