Job description

GENERAL DUTIES
  • Supervise, coordinate, and manage a small team of staff, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff, ensuring they meet the household’s high standards and expectations.
  • Create and manage staff schedules, assigning tasks and ensuring coverage for all duties across the household.
  • Oversee daily household operations, ensuring that all staff are fulfilling their responsibilities and maintaining the property’s upkeep.
  • Coordinate with staff for guest arrivals, events, and special requests, ensuring that all arrangements are executed flawlessly.
  • Monitor household inventory, ensuring that supplies are replenished, and staff is equipped to carry out tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between the Principal and the staff, communicating expectations and instructions clearly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Principal, including correspondence, travel arrangements, calendar management, and organizing personal appointments.
EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven background in luxury, exclusive, and high-end environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hospitality degree or equivalent or Certification from a recognized Butler Academy.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Eligible to work in EU.
